Once elected I commit to hold monthly telephone Town Hall meetings, giving ratepayers additional access to myself and other Commissioners willing to join the calls. The intention is to listen to ratepayer concerns beyond the complaint desk at the Commission. Thus giving me more direct input to the sensitivities of callers.
